Book Review: Two By Two, By Nicholas Spark
⭐⭐⭐
3.2/5 Stars
"Slow burn romance that pushes you to read more"
This was a three star read for me.
I really enjoyed this book. The story is about a dissolving marriage while two parents figure out custody. As a divorcee, and a father who shares custody of a little girl, I could relate to this story a lot.
This is not Sparks best novel, but I am glad I read it.
There are some flat characters in the story, Also, the main love interest seems to be there mostly as a safety net for the main character. Still Sparks knows how to write a slow burn romance. The story makes you want the main character and love interest to hook up so badly... but Sparks makes you beg for it.
My favorite character was Vivian, the antagonist. To me, she was the most well-developed in the book. She felt real, and she brought a lot of tension to the story.
Overall, I recommend Two by Two for readers who enjoy male-lead romances, family drama, and slow burn love.

Here's the new released book cover.
